The "World of Work" will never be the same - COVID
COVID has fast tracked the need to work remotely far quicker than it was thought possible 18 months ago.
People are becoming more attuned to working remotely, adapting to new technologies such as Zoom & Teams and how to manage the new way of working.
Studies that has been done demonstrates that in certain cases productivity has improved. Over and above people do not have to spend hours in traffic with a resultant cost saving to the employees budget
However, not everyone has the required abilities, characteristics, competencies to do so successfully in an unstructured environment.
One of the first of it's kind we have launched the "Workplace Orientation Test" that does exactly that - testing people's overall ability to work successfully from home.
We foresee that that in future it will be a lot more common to employ people specifically to work remotely, but are they able too?
